What kind of coaching do you offer?
Gentle Habit Nutrition offers one‑on‑one online habit‑building coaching for adults who want sustainable weight management, healthier eating patterns without diets, better sleep, and any other health behaviors clients want to establish and maintain. Sessions are personalized to the client's schedule, lifestyle, and goals.
Are you a medical provider or a dietitian?
No. I am a nutrition and dietetic technician (NDTR) who provides health education and behavior‑change coaching, not medical nutrition therapy or treatment for medical or mental‑health conditions. If you have medical concerns, you are responsible for working with your healthcare provider and getting clearance before starting or changing your lifestyle or working with me.
How long are sessions and how are they held?
Sessions are 45 minutes long and held virtually via Google Meet. You will receive a link in your confirmation email when you book.
How do you charge and when do I pay?
Payment is collected at checkout when you book through the Google Calendar booking page. You can book one session at a time, and no package is required. Intake and follow-up sessions are $60 each.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. You can book a 15‑minute complimentary virtual consultation to ask questions, share your goals, and see if you and I are a good fit to work together.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged and will count as a completed session. You may request a full refund only if your request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
A no‑show will not be refunded and will count as a completed session. If you need to reschedule but it is not an emergency and you are unable to give at least 24 hours notice, please email me at Info@gentlehabitnutrition.com as soon as possible. In that case, the session will still be charged and count as used, since the time was reserved specifically for you.
In emergency situations, I may review your request on a case‑by‑case basis and, at my discretion, offer the opportunity to reschedule the session.
Who can you work with?
To ensure coaching is safe and appropriate, Gentle Habit Nutrition cannot work with everyone. To work together, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Not be pregnant or actively trying to become pregnant
Not have had surgery within the past 6 months
Have been cleared by your healthcare provider to pursue your health goals (such as weight loss or gain, dietary changes, or exercise)
Agree to obtain approval from your healthcare provider for any medical conditions before starting or continuing coaching
Not have a current or past history of an eating disorder
If you’re unable to confirm all of these statements, I’m not able to work with you at this time. I encourage you to seek support from a qualified healthcare professional who can best support your needs right now.
