Hi, I’m Tamara. I'm a Nutrition and Dietetic Technician, Registered. I help adults build sustainable habits around food, sleep, movement, and other healthy habits. I believe that meaningful change happens through small, realistic steps — not extremes. I care about helping clients move away from all-or-nothing thinking and toward habits that fit their actual lives, values, and goals.
I have experience working across public health, nutrition counseling, health education, and community outreach in low-income and diverse communities. At Gentle Habit Nutrition, I offer a gentle non-diet approach to nutrition coaching. Together, we focus on realistic changes that support sustainable weight management, healthier eating patterns, better sleep, and other health behaviors that matter to you.
