Hi, I’m Tamara. I'm a Nutrition and Dietetic Technician, Registered (NDTR) with a background in public health and nutrition.
I help adults build sustainable habits around nutrition, weight management, sleep, movement, and overall wellness. I believe meaningful change happens through small, realistic steps, not extremes or quick fixes. Most people don't have a knowledge problem; they have a consistency problem, and that's exactly what I help with.
I have experience working across public health, nutrition counseling, health education, and community outreach in low-income and diverse communities. At Gentle Habit Nutrition, I take a gentle, non-diet approach to coaching. Together, we focus on realistic, personalized changes that fit your actual life, values, and goals.
